I am a psychologist with a Masters and BA degree in Psychology - 4 years working post-studies helping people improve their well being, communication skills and confidence levels to be the best they can be.
I have provided groups in proven evidence based techniques and motivational coaching with measurable success reported by clients. Honest, hard-working, caring and genuine interest in helping others would how I would describe myself.

My teaching method is based on solid assessment of a person's needs, developing a plan to address the main goals and supporting a student along each step of their journey. Empowerment, passion and accountability are the three main values I want my students to have in their life to increase their own self-confidence and well being.

Rates are fixed for Eastern suburbs or CBD area. Additional charges may be added for travel further than these areas. Sessions are likely to be in public spaces such as libraries for initial sessions.
Cancellation of sessions needs to be at least 24 hours in advance to allow time to reschedule other people. Multiple missed sessions may result in cancellation of service. Always happy to discuss further on initial meeting with students.
