Hannah is studying Ayurveda and Yoga Therapy so she can personalize the practice to you. From beginner to advanced yogis, she guides sessions online or in person in Melbourne. Come with enthusiasm and curiosity and leave with guidance and confidence with your own personalized practices to continue on your own. You’ll receive personalized recommendations to support your physical, emotional, and energetic well-being. Together, we’ll explore: - Understanding your unique dosha (Ayurvedic constitution) and natural tendencies - Identifying current imbalances or stress patterns - Creating practices to bring you back into alignment This may include: - Asana (movement and postural guidance) - Pranayama (breathwork techniques) - Meditation and mindfulness practices - Lifestyle and daily routine recommendations aligned with Ayurvedic principles
