About Sunday
For the past five years, I have pursued culinary excellence in various capacities and fields. Now here am I, trying to pass what I know and have learned to use. I have taught people of different age groups and levels of understanding and they always testify. Also, as much as I am a food instructor, I believe so much in first-hand practical and nothing more. I actively run a food blog where I educate people on how to cook, eat healthy, and stay healthy in the kitchen. Food is my passion and that obsession radiates from me to anybody who wishes to know more about food.

As a cooking instructor, my teaching method is a little of theory and so much of hands-on practicals. I believe so much in practical understanding of how to cook. Of course, there are rooms for theoretical explanation. But I believe anything you see with your eyes you will hardly forget. So practicals it is.
