Thought-provoking, engaging, interesting, relevant, and entertaining. Learning should never be dull. Expanding the mind is the most thrilling individual experience of being human, especially in the liberal arts, because each person internalizes what is read and expresses what is written in deeply personal ways.

Dr Gregory J Stratman was my FAVORITE professor during my time at Columbia College. My dream was to earn my Bachelor of Science in English, Creative Writing, and I had several courses under his tutelage, He is masterful in his teachings, his Grammarly knowledge, his personal experience as a writer, and his expertise as a professor for many years. I believe he would be an asset to any student's future and should be considered as an immediate need.
