About Siviwe
I am a young professional who has always been interested in English and Life Orientation thus
carried through to teaching as I enjoy both subjects. I am a self-motivated individual and always
eager to learn. My background in psychology helps me understand and deal with different learner
problems which in turn affects their academics in a positive way. I also enjoy mentoring learners to
better both their academics and well-being. I am confident that I am an excellent fit for this position.
This has been evident in the educator assistant position I took part in at Sulenkama Senior Secondary
School, I still remember my excitement when my English learner went straight from a level one to a
level four English student. The reasons mentioned above are the reasons why I chose teaching and
think that I would a good candidate for the post.

My lessons are student centered. Classes are interactive with being the facilitator instead of being the sage. In order to understand the needs of each student the students should all be able to voice out their opinions in a safe space.
