My main priority is to be a living, breathing permission slip for you to express, embody, and remember your inherent worth. With over 10 years of experience, I aspire to share all the wisdom, nourishment, and healing I have learned through the practice of Yoga.

You can expect personalized lesson plans for your specific physical, emotional, or spiritual goals in my classes. Every session will include yogic movement, breathwork, and mindfulness practices for your needs. On top of this, I also create wellness curricula for each student, including somatic healing modalities, guided visual meditations, and more for you to integrate into your life outside of our meetings.
