About Dinesh
I am a trained practitioner of classical Ashtanga Yoga, with a strong foundation in Yoga Darśana (Patañjali) and Indian philosophical traditions. Alongside my professional career in IT, I have spent many years studying and practicing yoga as a complete system of self-discipline, not merely as physical exercise. My approach to Ashtanga Yoga integrates: Ethical foundations (Yama and Niyama) Mindful āsana, prāṇāyāma and pratyāhāra Inner practices such as, dhāraṇā, dhyāna, and samādhi explained with clarity I emphasize understanding, awareness, and balance, adapting the teaching to modern lifestyles while remaining faithful to classical sources. My sessions are non-sectarian, inclusive, and suitable for international students, focusing on steady progress, mental clarity, and inner stability.

This teaching goes beyond physical practice and presents Ashtanga Yoga as an eight-fold path for balanced living, clarity of mind, and inner discipline.
The sessions include understanding and practice of:
Yama & Niyama (ethical and personal discipline)
Āsana (posture – taught with awareness, not performance)
Prāṇāyāma (breath regulation)
Pratyāhāra, Dhāraṇā, Dhyāna (inner practices explained clearly)
