I was new to yoga and a little unsure about it. Trainer Troy put me at ease and made me feel safe. He has a wealth of knowledge and focuses on safety first. He has the ability to teach to all levels at once and make it relatable to you. If your looking to try yoga for the first time or just further your practice, I would highly recommend Trainer Troy! His classes are amazing and you won't be disappointed.

Troy is one of the kindest, most knowledgeable and compassionate humans you will ever encounter. There aren’t many people I would trust with my mom who has MS, but I knew Troy was the one who would be able to help her find pain relief. In the past few weeks of him working with her she has felt much less pain and is regaining sensation in her feet which she hasn’t had in years! Troys calming energy is just perfect for her and I can not wait to see how he continues to help her in the future. We are so blessed and grateful to know Troy. My mom looks forward to her sessions with Troy all week! I can not say enough kind things about him. I promise you will not be disappointed. He is simply AMAZING!!!

I loved the way Troy adapts his teaching style to the individual student without compromising the information. Everyone has different styles of learning and he can convey his vast knowledge of yoga in ways that everyone can learn and incorporate into their practice. He is kind and patient. I have always felt empowered to ask questions and when doing one of his classes, have always felt safe. He encourages you to challenge yourself, but will makes sure you are using safe yoga principles in so doing. Very good instructor!

His patience and knowledge. He opened my eyes to the true practice of yoga. He is also proficient in anatomy and physiology which in my opinion is why he is one of the safest and effective yoga instructors I have practiced with. His practice is authentic and heartfelt. I love his classes and admire his knowledge.

I cannot say enough great things about Troy. He instructed me through my 300-hour Safe Yoga Teacher Training in 2020 and completely changed my teaching style to include all eight limbs of yoga. I trained with him live and virtual at least 1-2 days a week and learned a the deeper aspects of teaching yoga from him. I had completed teacher trainings in the past but nothing compared with what I learned from Troy. Not only is he knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough; he is friendly, warm, and a general joy to be around. I cannot say enough great things about Troy’s teacher training and his teaching methodologies. He is simply fantastic!
