I am currently attending Colby College, where I am double majoring in Philosophy and Government. With a strong academic background and a personal SAT score of 1530, I am well-equipped to guide students through their SAT preparation and academic challenges.

My tutoring approach is student-centered, focusing on individualized strategies to meet each student's unique needs. I believe in fostering a deep understanding of the material, building confidence, and developing critical thinking skills that extend beyond the classroom. My areas of expertise include SAT preparation, reading comprehension, essay writing, and subjects within the humanities and social sciences.

Whether you are aiming for a top SAT score, need help with your college essays, or seek to excel in your coursework, I am here to provide the support and guidance you need. Together, we will create a tailored plan to ensure your academic success.

Let's embark on this learning journey together and achieve great things!

Feel free to reach out to me for personalized tutoring sessions designed to help you excel and reach your highest potential.

About the lesson

My teaching method is based on each student. Recognizing problem types each student excels and struggles with, and drilling those problems till they are intuitive. A typical lesson plan will require a section that is completed before hand, an overview and scoring, and further tactics to find the right answer. The lessons are for students who struggle specifically in the writing and reading section of the SAT.

SAT Tutor with 3 years of teaching experience specializing in the reading and writing section.
