Well am a teacher who lectures olevel students. I use so many methods to teach, before I start any of my lessons I make sure I give the students objectives of the lesson that is what they should know at the end of the lesson and sometimes i also use diagram because I believe that students learn what they see faster than what they hear or read.

Importances of nutrition are;
They are essential for growth and development, health and well-being. Eating a healthy diet contributes to prevention of future illness,and improving quality and length of life. your nutritional status is the state of your health as determined by what you eat.
