About Julius

I am a PhD holder in Statistics with a B.Sc. in Mathematics, an M.Sc. in Statistics, and a Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) Certificate. I am an experienced tutor, data analyst, and skilled researcher with over 15 years of teaching experience in mathematics and statistics, and more than 5 years of research and data analysis experience.

I have taught over 100 students at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels in areas including Introduction to Statistics and Probability, Probability Distributions, Statistical Models, Survey Methods, Experimental Design, Statistical Inference, General Mathematics, Mathematical Methods, Linear Algebra, Numerical Analysis, and Ordinary Differential Equations.

I adopt a hands-on and pragmatic teaching approach that is highly student-centered and engaging. My instructional philosophy emphasizes deep understanding of concepts and principles rather than rote memorization of procedures. I am deeply passionate about teaching mathematics and statistics and am committed to helping students develop both conceptual and analytical skills for solving real-world problems.

I provide comprehensive academic support and relevant learning resources to help students achieve their full potential, and I consistently keep students updated with the latest developments and trends in their subjects of interest.

About the lesson

I provide tutoring and academic support, including assignments, projects, dissertations, and theses, for secondary school, high school, undergraduate, and postgraduate students in Mathematics, Mathematical Statistics, Statistical Modeling, Count, Binary, Panel, and Time-Series Data Analysis, Econometrics, and Bayesian Statistics.

My lessons are primarily conducted online via Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams. Physical (in-person) lessons may also be arranged depending on proximity and the student’s willingness to cover associated logistics costs.

Lessons in all courses, except data analysis, are typically delivered on a topic-by-topic basis. Each topic is usually taught in 2-hour sessions, although the duration may vary depending on the student’s rate of understanding. Students’ abilities and prior knowledge are carefully considered during lesson delivery.

Some modules or courses can be completed within 12 contact sessions of 2 hours each; however, this may vary depending on the scope and volume of the course materials to be covered.

He is a very wonderful teacher. He loves carrying all his students. He breaks down his topics to bits and doesn't move on to the topic unless all his students understand perfectly. He believes in peer-to-peer tutoring as he believes you would be more comfortable to ask your peers questions relating to topics. He always covers up his course outline. He encourages detailed researches even after proper explanation to his students. He taught me for two years and I never regretted having him as my teacher.

One of the best Math teachers I ever had . He made sure every student in the class understood what he was teaching . He made sure every student was carried along in each of his class . He made sure to at least create some personal relationships with us so we could all come to him when we didn’t understand a class or a subject . A shame to see him leave KINGS UNIVERSITY but I know deep in my heart it was for the best and he is impacting more Nigerians and spreading his knowledge all over the world . Please take him and you won’t regret doing so
