I was referred by a friend to join his training. He’s an amazing coach; he made me feel super comfortable, especially as a female. He made me feel confident, which allowed me to work at a challenging pace. He guided me through all the workouts and stretches, supporting me where needed. He is a very advanced coach who made me feel extremely welcome. I honestly recommend him to anyone looking to start their journey. Honestly, the perfect balance of knowledge, experience, and passion. Very content with his service.
Darren is a adaptable boxing instructor, If you are a beginner or advanced. When I started boxing as a beginner he helped me know the ins and outs. In addition aided with boxing physically drills, pad work and the mental side eg. focus, mental clarity. This individual is passionate in combat sports and very easy going. A+
