About Susan
As a teacher, it is important to not only educate students, but also to reassure them about professionalism, inspire confidence, and establish legitimacy in the classroom. These qualities are crucial in creating a positive learning environment and fostering a sense of trust and respect between the teacher and the student. First and foremost, professionalism is essential in the teaching profession. This means conducting oneself with integrity, respect, and adherence to high ethical standards. By demonstrating professionalism in the way you present yourself, communicate with students, and handle various situations in the classroom, you are setting a positive example for your students to follow. This can help reassure them that they are in good hands and that they are receiving a quality education from a competent and capable teacher.
