About Megumi
〜Welcome!〜
My name is Megumi. I live in Japan and work as a corporate secretary.
People often tell me that I "laugh a lot" and am "very attentive to details." I love creating an atmosphere where everyone is happy. I hope to share that in my lessons as well.
~Profile~
I’m in my fifth year as an executive secretary, and in my previous role, I gained experience in sales and customer service at a luxury brand.
I studied English, hospitality, and business etiquette at an airline school, where I mastered the necessary skills through thorough interview preparation.
I’ve learned a lot and faced many challenges along the way, so I truly understand how you’re feeling right now as you work hard. That’s why I’ll do my absolute best to support you so you can steadily move forward!
Please feel free to share any concerns you have right now :)
I love getting to know other cultures and have traveled to more than 10 countries so far. Please tell me all about the wonderful things about your country, too!
Let’s start by getting to know each other in a trial lesson!
I look forward to talking with you soon :)

[Lessons Specializing in Business Emails and Honorific Language]
Would you like to use Japanese as a tool to expand your career opportunities in the business world?
A secretary with five years of professional experience will provide customized lessons tailored to your goals.
▼Do you have any of these concerns?
• You’ve studied from textbooks, but you don’t understand the Japanese that native speakers actually use in the workplace
• You lack confidence in using honorifics with clients or your boss
• You feel anxious about writing business emails or answering the phone
• You’re unsure about Japanese business etiquette or expressions unique to Japanese people
If any of these sound familiar, there’s no need to worry! These are exactly the areas I specialize in!
~In This Lesson~
Whether it's business Japanese that even native Japanese speakers often get wrong, or the "etiquette" and "subtle expressions of consideration" that are truly appreciated in the business world, I'll provide thorough and careful guidance.
Honorifics (respectful and humble forms) vary depending on your relationship with the other person and your own position. Since there are many variations appropriate for different situations, let's learn how to use them correctly!
I'll tailor the lessons to your preferences—whether you prefer conversation-focused sessions or using textbooks. I'll also adjust the pace to suit you, so there's no need to worry. ◎
Examples of Lesson Content)

• Differences in honorifics (for customers, business partners, superiors, and colleagues)
