My "academic" background is listed on my profile, but my bodybuilding background is several years spent in the gym, and a lot of time spent researching physiology and muscle-growth both academically and recreationally. This is both a passion and a business for me.

I'm focussed on hypertrophy/muscle growth and emphasise both hard training and *consistent* high volume. The more sets you can get in (up to a point, which is heavily dependent on you as a person/how long you've been training) the better for growth.
In diet terms, I'm happy to accommodate any requirements while building a plan, but my personal philosophy is "Whatever fits your macros"- There is of course *more* to it, but calories in and out (which we'll work out for you and tailor to you) is key to both muscle gain and weight loss.
