About Evan

I have a great deal of experience in learning Eurocentric languages quickly and effectively. I know what works but more crucially I know what doesn’t work. Too many lessons sit agonising on grammar or pure vocabulary without strategies nor long term goals. With me that’s different. Despite being 16, I have a certified C1 Level in Spanish (equatable to a BA Hons) and aim to take B2 level Italian soon. The progress we make will be impressive and long-lasting.

About the lesson

Language learning should be fun and effective. To that end, we will have a shared Google Doc to allow all spoken vocabulary to be quickly imported into a flashcards system at the end of the lesson (typically 1 hour). Lesson 1 will be a diagnosis of strengths and blind spots. From there, it’s really up to you. I can make lessons be vocabulary centred and involve several self-made resources in addition to many online or more conversational. This offer is ideal for children ages 11-16, regardless of if they desire to sit a GCSE or not.
