About Chirag
I am a student from Columbus, Ohio currently studying psychology at a local college.
I have practiced meditation among other wellness practices which have greatly changed my life and level of success for over 3 years now and hope to share this with others. Family members and friends have seen great improvements in their health and well-being upon taking up simple practices that I was able to help them inculcate, all of which I have learnt and curated with my own curiosity and interest in the subject, mainly by combining western and eastern philosophies and wellness practices.

I hope to impart some of these skills that I have honed to other interested beginners and share information that can help people see the brighter side of life, helping teach the importance of living in the moment where we have the most control of our lives, in the NOW.
A lot of practices surrounding meditation and breath-work seem overwhelming and daunting to new students which can change with a better introduction to these ideas. I am confident in my ability to help people understand the importance of taking up these practices, through simple explanations and friendly-lessons, especially for first-timers or beginners :)
