Perfect! She knows what she’s talking about and knows how to explain it. I learned several
Useful things in my first session & signed up for 5 more with Alfreda.- Tia is techy and inquisitive. She loves to tackle challenging projects and is not afraid to learn new things. I am very happy to be working with her.Alfreda's response :
Perfect! The way Alfreda talks to me. I understand her. I feel that most people I know when I ask something about my phone people talk to fast and assume I know what I'm doing. Which I don't. One of the things I want to learn this week is how to turn this thing off. That's how low I am and yet Alfreda doesn't make me feel dumb.
- She is eager and excited to learn!Alfreda's response :
Perfect! She’s well versed and communicate her knowledge comfortablely.
- Albert is an inspirational student with a great attitude. It is an honor to tutor him and assist him with his writing project.Alfreda's response :
Excellent! She was very helpful and gave me a better understanding of some basic things. I evidently misunderstood procedure and thought it was going to be a troubleshooting lesson. Looking forward to our next session on Sunday.
- It went great! Mary had a lot of questions and some were answered during the free trial. She was easy to work with. I look forward to our next session.Alfreda's response :

Hi
I am a senior citizen. I enjoy learning to use both my phone and iPad with Alfreda. She is a patient and friendly instructor. She is always willing to answer questions and give refresher instructions. I was delighted to learn how much of the information also serves as a great aid to safety, something I would have never realized. Time well spent. Thank you very much…RubyI’ve known Renee my whole life. She has always been a teacher in more ways than one. She goes above and beyond your
expectations. She’s thorough and will make sure you leave with an understanding of what she teaches. She’s highly recommended.
