About Emily
I understand that math can be a tricky subject, and that it can be hard to understand. I want to help students learn the most they can while still having fun learning. Learning is not always about getting a 100 (even though it is nice) students need to want to learn before they are ready to actually learn.

Lessons with me would consist of going over what we're learning about in detail to help the student understand, getting practice problems with guidance if needed, and a "check for learning" where the student would try to complete the questions on their own to see how much progress they have made!
