About Ligia
I use specific techniques of Hindu origin to induce meditation that activates new states of consciousness through work with breathing and intentional focus on the 7 chakras. The benefits of this practice include the release of emotional traumas from the energy field and the experience of higher states of consciousness that will (automatically) elevate your energy field as a whole.

I have been practicing Yoga and meditation since 2013, when I lived in countries in the East such as Malaysia, Thailand and Bali (Indonesia). I had several spiritual mentors and my experience with Yoga and meditation goes far beyond practicing the poses and relaxing. I work with a holistic and integrated methodology that provides my students with a journey of self-knowledge and access to alternative states of consciousness not explored in their daily lives. The goal is to experience the transcendental.
