Jing Wei is a natural when it comes to teaching. While I was interning with him in a company, he was really helpful when I encounter a problem. To mention one of it that is most relevant to him being a tutor, Jing wei is an extremely proffesional and dedicate individual. I had the chance to work with him and another few friends to co-found an education platform in Malaysia which target to encourage and equip students with the essential skills (such as coding). Jing Wei is mainly in charge of creating and designing the whole 8 weeks series of interactive coding class from scratch. We did successfully host a full 8 weeks of training with around 20 students ranging from 13-24 years old. He has been very patient to every student throughout the 8 weeks and he will always make sure every student is able to follow up with the training he prepared.
