About Brandy
Meet Brandy — Nutrition & Fitness Coach
I work with busy adults whose jobs, families, and daily responsibilities make healthy eating feel like one more thing on an already full plate. If you've ever known exactly what to do and still couldn't make it stick, you're not lacking discipline — you're carrying decision fatigue.
My coaching is built around real life, not a perfect one. Together we'll work on:
• Cutting through decision fatigue — fewer choices, less overwhelm, more consistency
• Realistic meal planning — food that fits your actual schedule, not a fantasy one
• Protein & fiber first — simple shifts that make a real difference in energy and satiety
• Navigating imperfect days — because the plan never survives contact with real life, and that's okay
• Repeatable strategies — systems that hold up even when your week goes sideways
I coach from inside my own climb — I know what it's like to rebuild healthy habits while working full-time and raising a family, and I built this approach because I needed it myself before I ever taught it.
