About Erin
I am 17 years old and currently studying Biology, Psychology and Chemistry at A-level with the hope of doing Psychology and Neuroscience at King's College London. I am passionate about helping students reach their full academic potential so a focus on exam technique is crucial. I understand that the sciences can be tricky, but confidence is a crucial part of improving and a tutor can be crucial to this. I am reliable, patient and understanding especially when it comes to topics that don't 'click' right away.

Hi, I'm Erin! I'm a Y12 student hoping to help Y10 and Y11 students improve their grades in GCSE sciences. Having recently completed these exams myself, I strongly believe that a thorough understanding of the specification and mark schemes is what is needed to help achieve top grades.
How this translates into a tutoring session with me would be breaking down topics into smaller chunks and using exam-style questions to help students apply their knowledge. This might include smaller recall questions as well as longer, structured answers as well as revisiting past topics as part of active recall.
Lessons would typically be an hour long either online or at the student's house. Please, just let me know!
