About Paula
How does one explain yourself in only words?
My passion is in the kitchen - that really is my happy place. I am creative, but organised (two strange personalities in one) . I live to put my family and friends first and will always walk the extra mile for the people I love.
I am an introverted extrovert, but that does not stop me from pushing myself to meet new people and expand my network.

We all start somewhere - and I would love to be part of your journey. Whether you are a beginner or a more experienced cook or baker. It's in any case better to do it with someone than doing it alone! I am a qualified chef, who went on to study further and gain another degree in Pastry Chef. After that I decided to run my own business I need a business background too, so I studied again to gain a post graduate in Business Management. I owned and ran my own bakery and catering company until very recently when I had to let go of that dream due to health issues. I miss teaching, exploring and creating.
