About Vashishth
I am a dedicated and approachable tutor with a strong academic background in Software Engineering, currently studying at the University of Canberra after transferring from Arizona State University (USA). I maintain a perfect GPA and have received Dean’s List recognition, reflecting my consistency, discipline, and deep understanding of the subjects I teach.
I specialize in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, and English, and I bring both academic knowledge and practical experience to my lessons. Alongside my studies, I have worked on real-world technical projects and have several years of experience using tools such as Java, Python, and the Adobe Suite, which helps me connect theoretical concepts to practical applications.
With an IELTS score of 8.0 (CEFR C1 Advanced), I am also able to support students in academic English, communication skills, and exam preparation. My international academic experience allows me to relate to students from different backgrounds and adapt my teaching style to suit individual learning needs.
I am patient, organized, and genuinely invested in my students’ progress. I aim to create a supportive and professional learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, building confidence, and achieving their academic goals.

I focus on making concepts intuitive, structured, and easy to apply, rather than just memorizing formulas. My teaching style is highly interactive and student-centered I first understand your current level, identify gaps in fundamentals, and then build a clear step-by-step approach so you can solve problems independently and confidently.
For Math, Physics, and Chemistry, I emphasize deep conceptual understanding, visual explanations, and lots of guided practice. For Computer Science and Programming, I combine theory with hands-on coding and real examples. For English, I focus on clarity, vocabulary, structure, and fluency, especially for academic and IELTS contexts.
A typical lesson lasts 60–90 minutes, depending on your needs. Sessions usually include:
Quick review of previous material
Concept explanation with examples
Guided problem-solving together
Independent practice with feedback
A short plan for what to revise after the lesson
