About Shruthi

I am Shruthi Ambekar, a Senior Lead Engineer with over 11 years of experience in software testing and automation.
My IT career has given me strong skills in problem‑solving, structured thinking, and clear communication.
I am now beginning my journey as a teacher, eager to share my knowledge with school children.
As a novice in teaching, I bring fresh enthusiasm and a learner’s mindset to the classroom.
I simplify technical and abstract concepts into stories, visuals, and interactive activities that children can enjoy.
My classes follow a structured flow: introduction, explanation, practice, and reflection.
I encourage curiosity, questions, and discussions to make learning active and engaging.
My strength lies in connecting real‑world IT examples to everyday lessons for young learners.
I create a supportive environment where mistakes are seen as opportunities to grow.
My goal is to inspire school children to build strong foundations, confidence, and a love for learning.

- I use scenario-based teaching to help learners connect abstract concepts with everyday applications.
- My approach blends visual aids, demonstrations, and guided practice to cater to diverse learning styles.
- I encourage active participation through discussions, Q&A sessions, and collaborative problem-solving.
- I integrate technology tools (presentations, simulations, testing frameworks) to make lessons engaging and modern.
Usual Structure of a Class
- Introduction (5–10 minutes): Outline objectives, connect the topic to prior knowledge.
- Concept Delivery (20–30 minutes): Explain key ideas with examples, diagrams, or case studies.
- Interactive Practice (20–30 minutes): Hands-on exercises, role-play, or group activities.
- Assessment & Feedback (10–15 minutes): Quick quizzes, peer review, or reflective questions.
- Conclusion (5 minutes): Summarize takeaways, highlight applications, and assign follow-up tasks.
Special Features as a Teacher
- Structured yet flexible: I design lessons with clear goals but adapt based on student needs.
