About Sarah
I am a friendly, approachable and experienced commercial property solicitor who came into the profession in my late 20s. I trained and worked in the City before moving out to regional firms. I am now a self-employed consultant and Mum to two teens!
Throughout my career I have supported and mentored trainee solicitors and junior fee-earners, helping them build confidence with leases, CPSE replies, negotiation points and day-to-day transactional work.
I enjoy sharing practical hints, tips and clear explanations to make commercial property feel less overwhelming.
My aim is to provide supportive, down-to-earth guidance for post-18 learners, LPC/SQE students and early-career lawyers who want to strengthen their understanding in a safe, non-hierarchical environment.

I am a UK commercial property solicitor with over 15 years’ experience. I offer support to post-18 learners - LPC/SQE students and junior fee-earners to build confidence with real-world commercial property work.
My lessons focus on practical understanding: running through leases and key terms, negotiation strategy, CPSE enquiries, title review and how to approach typical transactional tasks.
I tailor each session to the student’s needs and can review work sent to me in advance so we can consolidate learning together. Lessons are 30 or 60 minutes and are ideal for anyone wanting clear, structured explanations from someone who has trained and supported many junior solicitors on the job.
