About Kesavan
Hi, I’m Kesavan Nampoothiry. I'm a meditation guide, storyteller, and recovering overthinker. I believe meditation doesn’t need to be perfect or poetic. It just needs to feel real. Through my sessions, I help people slow down, tune in, and build a practice that actually feels good and not something they dread like laundry day.

I offer meditation sessions that help you to pause, breathe, and reconnect. I incorporate mindfulness and simple breath-led practices that can help you feel more connected through your day.
Some of the meditation techniques I apply include:
1. Breath of joy
2. Simple breathing (box breathing)
3. Guided sessions (meet your future self, loving-kindness)
