About Riko
I’m a final year anthropology and international development student at Sussex University. I’m from Japan and a big foodie and music lover! When I was in Tokyo, I worked at a private tutoring agency and taught basic school subjects to children. I really enjoy tutoring and working with people from different backgrounds. I’ve been teaching Japanese in Brighton for over a year now and worked with 8-10 wonderful students. Feel free to ask me any questions and I look forward to hearing from you.

Perfect! Riko has been a great tutor helping me to get back into speaking Japanese after a long break. She has made it fun, with a good teaching style and is generous with her time. Highly recommended.
Perfect! Riko is an absolutely amazing Japanese teacher! She's incredibly bright and perceptive, always working with you to find ways to keep you improving, and she's a joy to talk to on any subject.
