About Trini

Hi, I’m Trini! I’m a native Spanish teacher from Spain, director of a language academy, and cofounder of 2H Talent. My background combines language education, over four years as a real estate agent, and sales and business development experience in Spain and the United States.

I understand how clear communication helps build trust, identify client needs, and develop business relationships. I bring that perspective to practical Spanish lessons for real estate professionals who want to connect confidently with Spanish speaking clients.

My approach is friendly, professional, and tailored to your level and goals, with a focus on conversations you can use in your work.

About the lesson

Build the Spanish skills you need to connect with clients and present properties with confidence. You only need a basic knowledge of Spanish to get started.

We’ll review essential real estate vocabulary, with a strong focus on conversation. You’ll practice asking about clients’ needs, showing properties, discussing prices, answering questions, and following up.

Alongside my teaching background, I bring experience as a real estate agent and in sales and business development in Spain and the U.S. I understand the sales process and how to build trust through clear, natural communication.

Lessons are tailored to your level and the clients you serve, including buyers from Spain and Latin America. We’ll explore relevant expressions and cultural nuances so you can adapt your approach and build stronger client relationships.
