About Laura

Would you like to improve your Spanish?
I can help you! My name is Laura and I will be more than happy to support you to reach your goals. I am a Spanish and Catalan native speaker.

I have been tutoring students for more than 2 years and I teach regularly face to face spanish speaking lessons too. I also tutored children from 5 to 8 years to learn Spanish basics. Would you like to improve your speaking or your listening? Are you preparing for an exam? We can work out the best way for you to learn with different methods.
The most important thing for me is to make sure you enjoy the classes, learning a language is a path where you need to take little steps and sometimes you need someone to motivate you in order not to give up. I am currently studying French and preparing for official exams. I am happy to do online sessions or meeting in person.

If you would like to arrange a class or discuss further, feel free to contact me.

Liliana

I met Laura 7 years ago at a Language exchange where I was going to practice my Spanish. I think she would be a great Spanish tutor as she was always patient and tried to explain to me the grammar mistakes I was making in a way that helped me improve my speaking level. She is a very knowledgeable person and has a gift to present and share this knowledge with other people.
She is very kind, friendly and reliable and I am sure she will make a great Spanish tutor.

Sandra

Laura has very kindly offered to tutor me in Spanish since last year (2021) and her style of teaching is second to none. She understands very well the challenges of learning a second language and is very supportive during the learning process. She adapted to my needs and speed, and always offered great advice on how to improve my Spanish, especially my speaking, which was my main area in need of improvement. Laura is kind, generous, supportive, hardworking, dedicated, and very organised, which made my learning experience an absolute pleasure.
