About Wendy
I’m Wendy. I help total beginners go from 'hola/adios' to ordering food and making friends in Spanish. I’m not your typical teacher because I learned English as a 2nd language myself, so I know the embarrassing moments + shortcuts. If textbooks made you feel dumb, my course won’t. I teach like your cool friend, not like a strict teacher. We laugh, we mess up, we actually learn.

Because Duolingo won’t make you fluent. I teach you the 20% of Spanish that handles 80% of conversations. No textbook grammar. No memorizing 5000 words. Just the phrases people actually use so you can understand and be understood in 4 weeks. If you’ve tried before and quit, this is the course that finally clicks.
