About Maria Carolina
I think of myself as a very outgoing Colombian woman who loves teaching languages and helping other people understand different languages. Learning Spanish is not just about being able to communicate with other people, but getting a different connection with them and getting to know another culture and being enriched with it. My classes are not boring at all, I love laughing and making you feel comfortable! P.S I love giving fun facts about Colombia while I teach! So you'll learn a lot with me!

My tutoring is centred around understanding each student's starting level and building from there. I focus on grammar structures and pronunciation, making sure to create a solid foundation. To make learning fun and engaging, I incorporate games and songs that help students remember words more easily. A typical lesson lasts two hours, providing ample time to cover new material and practise it thoroughly. I began teaching Spanish to my foreign friends, and they soon recommended me to others. This word-of-mouth expansion has allowed me to grow my community of students. While I don't have a formal teaching title, I am a native Spanish speaker and have dedicated the past four years to studying grammar and teaching techniques. My lessons are designed for teenagers and adults, typically between the ages of 16 and 40, who are eager to learn Spanish in a supportive and dynamic environment.
