I have had various tutoring positions over many years and am comfortable with students of any age and experience level. I studied Spanish for four years at Georgia Tech and spent five months in Chile immersed in the language and culture.

I vary my teaching style based on the needs and goals of the student. I believe immersion in the language, regardless of context, is helpful in the learning process. This means that I use Spanish as much as possible to explain other parts of the language, but I am open to using English when the student feels a greater struggle with the language.
