About Emily
I am a special education teacher with 10 years of teaching experience. I started my teaching career right after college in North Carolina before teaching at a military school in Japan. I then moved to California and taught at both middle and high schools. I have a passion for working with students who may need extra support or a different way of learning material that makes sense to them. I have taught all subject areas to a variety of students in both resource settings and students in advanced placement classes.
