About Ann
I am an experienced special needs teacher with four years of experience since 2020. I have been extensively involved in implementing the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) approach, which has successfully facilitated significant progress in my students. My role includes managing various cases such as behavior management, academic skill development, food tolerance, speech development, sensory integration, and social play skills, while also focusing on creating neurodivergent-friendly teaching strategies. I find supporting children in reaching their developmental milestones to be a rewarding achievement in every case. However, I strongly believe that raising awareness among families about special needs education plays a crucial role in ensuring a child's overall progress.

Main Intervention Plan Included:
1. Behavior Management
To address disruptive behaviors such as crying, tantruming, and aggression through a structured intervention program. The goal is to increase the child’s tolerance toward non-preferred situations. Through consistent support, the child will develop appropriate coping strategies and improve emotional regulation when faced with challenging or unpleasant situations.
2. Language Development
To support the development of functional communication skills by introducing and reinforcing appropriate vocabulary and phrases. Intervention will focus on improving listening, expressive language, and comprehension skills to enhance overall communication ability.
3. Social Interaction
To provide a structured approach in supporting the child’s social, emotional, and behavioral development. Following the development of self-awareness and self-esteem in social communication, the program will focus on improving body language, verbal communication, and conversational skills. These skills are essential in helping the child build and maintain meaningful peer relationships in natural settings.
4. Executive Function Training
To develop cognitive processes that support the child’s ability to regulate behavior and thinking during social interactions. This includes skills such as planning, organization, impulse control, and flexible thinking. Strengthening these skills will support the child in responding appropriately across different social contexts and in developing positive relationships.
5. Sensory Intergration
To support the child in processing and responding appropriately to sensory input from the environment. Intervention aims to improve sensory regulation, reduce sensory-related difficulties, and enhance the child’s ability to engage effectively in daily activities and learning tasks.
