About Francois
I’m Francois, 30 years old, with a B.Ed degree and 9+ years teaching welding and technical subjects at a special needs school.
I’m a curious, hands-on person who has overcome my own ADHD challenges while completing my degree and gaining qualifications as a welder, craftsman, and Bernina-certified technician. Because of my personal experience, I’m passionate about sharing practical methods that improve focus, organization, and confidence.
My lessons combine special needs support with real vocational skills in a patient, step-by-step way.

With 9+ years teaching welding and technical subjects in a special needs school, my lessons are uniquely practical and supportive. I adapt every session to the learner’s barriers using hands-on activities, visual steps, movement breaks, and simple strategies that improve focus and confidence. Lessons combine real technical/vocational skills with child development support so students feel successful and motivated.
