About Tai

At almost four years of teaching experience, I have come across all types of learners and dance practitioners. I am constantly studying to include different historical contexts and perspectives into my teaching practice to provide an intellectually stimulating classroom experience!

About the lesson

I create lesson plans specifically tailored to my students’ individual goals, interests, and experiences. I integrate meditations and journaling into my teaching practice, to create a mindful and holistically enriching experience! I believe dance should be accessible to everyone and I truly love all aspects of the art form!
