About Bibi
I am a self published writer of an anthology called "A lilac Mind" which is currently available on Amazon. I have been working in various environments from the age of 15; from retail to fast food, customer service and care (elderly and kids) so I have good understanding on working with people. I am currently doing a psychology degree and I have a grade A in psychology A level (which i completed at Woodhouse College, London). I would consider myself a sensible psychonaut and spiritualist who has a lot of experience within that domain. I have never held classes before but the practices I offer, I have been doing for myself and some close individuals for years with positive results and feedback only. I believe that with grey areas such as spirituality and mental health, the key is decision making and awareness; by the end of my sessions I hope for students to fully be aware that they are in control of changing their minds, their actions, thoughts and feelings and thus lives (as a product of all those things).

My teaching methods aim to depolarise psychology, philosophy and spirituality. I draw from philosophical and psychological concepts (eg. the id, ego and super ego) to help put into context mental and emotional dispositions; this is to help one read their own minds and thus their external reality. My students would be encouraged to read a multitude of highly reccommended books. Creative outlets (such as poetry, writing, painting etc) are also offered within my classes, followed by an in depth analysis of the creation (again for one to better read their own mind). Creating idiosyncratic habits (such as meditation or qi gong); pairing them with positive thinking and intention is something I aim for my students to be able to do by themselves for themselves. Law of attraction work is also emphasised.
