Our first class will begin with a fitness assessment to analyze your muscle mass rate, fat mass, metabolic age… and many other surprises!
Depending on your goals, a typical session will consist of a warm-up of about 5 minutes, a session body that can mix cardio, muscle strengthening, mobility, and a return to calm with some stretches.
My goal is to accompany you, to motivate you, to encourage you to give the maximum of yourself to bring you where you want! sportingly

Yohan m'a aidé à me préparer pour l'alpine bike lac d'Annecy 2021 en Haute Savoie, course de vélo de 117 km avec plus de 2800 m de dénivelé. La course s'est très bien passé!
