About Jasper

I’m a student at Oxford Brookes university, studying sports coaching. I am part of the rowing programme and have been rowing for 8 years. I have experience coaching a vast range of sports from grass-roots level up to competitive club level. I achieved a D* in BTEC sport and I love helping people achieve their goals in all things fitness and sport related.

About the lesson

I’m a firm believer in supporting ones individual goals without pushing unwanted topics. This means we will work on what you want to work on and not something I want to teach, I have many years experience in sport so I will let you tell me your strengths and we will push them forward together!
