About Peter
I’ve spent much of my life exploring how nutrition, training, and mindful living intersect to boost athletic potential. Growing up active and competitive, I learned early on that proper nourishment and balance are key to unlocking one’s highest performance. This passion led me to study human biology in depth and gain professional qualifications in sports nutrition. I’ve since dedicated myself to guiding athletes toward strategies that combine ancestral dietary wisdom with cutting-edge bio-optimization practices. Through empathy, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to evidence-based methods, I provide athletes with the confidence and clarity they need to realize their full potential.

I have a strong background in human biology, having tutored in this area for several years. Additionally, I hold a Certificate IV in Sports Nutrition, which allows me to offer informed, credentialed guidance specifically tailored to athletes. Drawing on both my formal training and personal experience working with competitive athletes, I am committed to delivering scientifically grounded insights in a clear, accessible manner. My practical coaching experience enables me to translate complex concepts into simple, manageable strategies that yield real-world results.
Intended Audience:
My lessons are crafted for moderate to high-level athletes aged roughly 13 to 21. This includes:
Young Athletes in Development: High school athletes aiming to refine their nutrition to gain a competitive edge.
Emerging Elite Performers: Those moving toward collegiate or professional-level sports who need to fine-tune their dietary approaches for peak performance and recovery.
