I am a student of sports science with a focus on competitive sports, athletes at the performance level, experienced youth coaches, sports enthusiasts, nutrition-oriented, for a healthy lifestyle, nature-loving, tolerant, reliable and open. I like different cultures as well as languages (I like to travel and spent 1 year studying in Japan).

About the lesson

I use sports science methods with room for situational changes or new things. I also depend a lot on my experience and my own judgment. I like to work playfully, but also conscientiously. I like to convey values and a sense of community. I like to help people to achieve their goals and to improve their lives.
