About Magda
Hi! I'm a professional photographer with a love for visual storytelling and helping others get started on their creative journey. I have a background in history and media, and I hold an MA in History. These days, I work with an art gallery, capturing artwork and events, and I also run my own photography business—so I’ve got plenty of hands-on experience in everything from portraits to travel and commercial photography. Alongside my photography work, I teach at a Polish Saturday School in London, where I share my passion for learning, creativity, and culture. Before diving full-time into photography, I was the editor-in-chief of a magazine in Poland, which really sharpened my eye for detail and composition.

Practice makes perfect! We'll meet somewhere near you or in central London, go for a walk, and put the theory into action while taking photos together. In my lessons, I’ll teach you how to confidently handle your camera and take great photos straight out of the camera—no Photoshop needed! You’ll learn the basics of proper exposure, how to work with natural light, how to frame your shots, and how to make the most of your surroundings. We’ll also go over camera settings like aperture, shutter speed, and ISO in a simple and easy-to-understand way. Whether you're picking up a camera for the first time or want to improve your everyday photos, I’ll guide you step by step in a relaxed, supportive environment. My goal is to help you feel confident behind the camera and start seeing the world through a more creative lens.
