About Emy
After more than 10 years of experience in the gym, I decided to focus my interest on personalized coaching because everyone's individual needs are just as important and varied; which makes the challenge more interesting.
I also offer a nutritional follow-up made "with small onions" whether you are looking to lose weight or simply need a food rebalancing.
Complete and individualized coaching.
