I believe all students need a solid phonics foundation before I introduce sight words and leveled readers. Students will practice reading fluently with me. Speed will come later as confidence and joy come. For older readers who read for knowledge and information, we dig in and look for context to help our reading comprehension.

Becca has been one of the best teachers we have come across . Her attention to details and attentiveness to each students needs has been beyond amazing and helpful for our son . He is non verbal but has shown excellent progress with his school work and daily life skills .
Being able to trust someone with my special needs son was something I was not able to do until meeting Becca or even finding someone willing to work with him .
Becca is for sure to meet BEYOND your expectations for tutoring, & or home-schooling.
I trust Becca 100% with my children’s education .
