About Richard

Climber with 12 years of experience and extensive outdoor and indoor competition climbing background.

I have passion for climbing and have dedicated many years to get better every time I get in the gym. It is a pleasure to educate fellow enthusiasts so that they may be able to train to get to that next level.

I've learned there are many ways to train whether you are in a gym or at home and nothing should limit us from getting stronger.
