About Carmencita
After spending years in the corporate world, I decided to follow my true passion and pursue my dream of becoming an educator. As an empty-nest mom, teaching has given me a wonderful opportunity to continue nurturing, guiding, and inspiring young learners.
I have 12 years of teaching experience, including 6 years of online teaching, working with children as young as 3 years old through Grade 8. I teach a variety of subjects, including Reading, Math, Science, Filipino, and Arts.
I believe that every child learns differently, which is why I make my lessons interactive, engaging, and age-appropriate. I incorporate games, worksheets, discussions, and guided practice to help students understand concepts rather than simply memorize them.
For me, teaching is more than a job—it is a chance to build a child's confidence, curiosity, and love for learning. I strive to create a warm and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and trying again.
My goal is simple: to help every learner discover that they are capable of learning, improving, and succeeding.

Learning Math and Science doesn’t have to be boring or overwhelming! Our lessons are designed to be interactive, engaging, and focused on real understanding.
Each lesson follows a simple but effective approach:
Discussion & Explanation — We begin by explaining the topic clearly and breaking down difficult concepts into simple, understandable steps.
Educational Games — We incorporate fun and interactive games to make learning more enjoyable while reinforcing important concepts.
Worksheets & Activities — Students work on guided worksheets and activities to help strengthen their understanding.
️ Practice After Every Lesson — After the discussion and explanation, students apply what they have learned through practice exercises and problem-solving.
Guidance & Feedback — We go through the student's answers, identify areas that need improvement, and provide guidance along the way.
Our goal is not simply to help students memorize formulas or facts, but to help them understand, practice, and confidently apply what they learn.
With 12 years of teaching experience and 6 years of online teaching, we create lessons where students can learn at their own pace, participate actively, and develop confidence in Math and Science.
Learn. Play. Practice. Understand. Succeed.
