About Tischa
My name is Laetitia, I have been a personal trainer at a gym for 12 years and online coach since 2023. My aim is to help you feel more energised and free through movement. I help you get fit and stronger with minimal equipment. I believe our body is our gym and that you should get the freedom to train anywhere you want using creative moves and mastering your body weight. I also train Taekwondo and can teach the basic kicking skills you need to start martial arts. I offer one on one coaching and also provide training plans.

I am a level 3 qualified Personal Trainer with 12 years of experience working at a gym. I have a Master in Sport Science for Optimal Performance and I am also a Strength and Conditioning coach. I specialise in Bodyweight training, kettlebells and martial arts (Taekwondo). I can help you with Bodyweight strength, flexibility, mobility, and Strength training with Kettlebells.
