I provide online coaching and in-person training, including apartment and condo gym sessions, making training convenient and accessible. My coaching focuses on proper technique, safe progression, and personalized programs based on each client’s goals, fitness level, and lifestyle. I also provide practical meal guidance to support training results without extreme dieting. I work mainly with adults and beginners who want to build strength, gain confidence, and develop long-term healthy habits in a professional and supportive environment.
